The landscaping renovation team consists of Thomas Balsey Associates in association with Meléndrez.   Landscape redesigns were constructed for the Pacific Design Plaza and Wave Park located at the Melrose Plaza.

Charles S. Cohen, PDC President & Owner, recently completed a remarkable five year, $30 million renovation and is credited for the visionary transformation of the unique West
