A PDS representative will contact you to request the following credential requirements:
1) Portfolio of projects
2) Three references from Pacific Design Center showrooms
3) Designer Profile, listing professional experience and project preferences of specialties.
4) Fee Structure, as well as a copy of the designers' standard customer contract or 'agreement form'.
5) Current proof of business insurance
