Receptionist (full-time)

 

 

Job Summary:

The Receptionist position is responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties.  Reports to General Manager.

Duties:

  • Greet all visitors and announce to staff
  • Receive, direct, and relay telephone messages and fax messages
  • Validate parking for vendors & visitors
  • Keep reception area and conference rooms neat and orderly
  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
  • Provide general PDC information
  • Dispatch repair calls to maintenance or engineering
  • Email internal work orders to department managers
  • Prepare and track all FedEx shipments
  • Sign for all deliveries and distribute
  • Provide general administrative and office support

Experience:
