Mike Witte, president of d’Escoto West, Inc., has over thirty years of construction experience. Twenty five of those years were geared toward the completion of commercial construction
projects in the Los Angeles area. Tenant improvement experience includes dental suites, surgery centers, general medical suites including x-ray rooms, general office suites, retail stores and high-end showroom_directory. Retail experience includes work in the Pacific Design Center, the Beverly Center and Rodeo Drive. Mr. Witte relocated to Los Angeles from Chicago after receiving his Bachelors of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University and his Masters Degree from the University of Chicago.

and Beverly Blvd., office tenant improvements, restaurants, movie theater renovations, and full floor renovations in office buildings. Project values range from $20,000 to $3,750,000
contracts. All projects, whether small or large, are managed consistently. All projects are staffed accordingly with a Project Manager, Field Superintendent, Project Engineer and the
Principal to ensure delivery of a high-quality project.
